A healing blend of restorative yoga and live sound healing (crystal bowls, chimes, or other instruments). Supports deep rest, release, and emotional balance. All Levels
Vinyasa & Sound Bath

Hatha Yoga
A traditional yoga class emphasizing alignment, breath, and foundational poses. Beginner/All Levels
Yin
A meditative class with long, passive holds targeting the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and spine. Enhances flexibility and supports joint health. All Levels
