Non-Chiropractic Adjustment

  • Full-body massage sessions available for recovery and rest, with pressure and compression levels tailored to individual needs.
  • Non-Chiropractic Chair Adjustment $30 per session (20 minute treatment)
  • Non-Chiropractic Table Adjustment $90 per session (60 minute treatment)

Preventative Self-Care Consultation

  • Educational sessions focused on how to stretch, activate, and improve mobility using practical tools and environments—such as floors, walls, door frames—to support sustainable self-care.
