Severine brings a blend of creative vision and strategic insight to her role as Hanu’s Director of Brand & Strategy. A certified yoga teacher and marketing strategist, she bridges the worlds of wellness and business with authenticity and purpose. Severine leads Hanu’s brand storytelling, partnerships, and community growth initiatives, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the studio’s mission of conscious connection and transformation.
Daniel blends breathwork, meditation, and movement to guide students into deeper states of awareness and resilience. As co‑founder of the studio, he also leads breath coaching and mindfulness programming, shaping experiences that support transformation and personal growth.
With over 25 years of yoga practice and extensive certifications, Daniela guides students through mindful, alignment-focused Hatha flows that invite self-discovery and healing. Her personal transformation after a serious accident inspires her compassionate teaching and intuitive modifications.
Sarita Shimizu is a yoga and Pilates teacher, mother, and co-founder of the Heartspace Collective Community. With a presence that is both gentle and powerful, Sarita holds space where others can feel safe, supported, and truly seen. Her teaching is rooted in the truth that movement is medicine—a practice of remembering our wholeness, opening the heart, and moving through life with intention and love.
Liron Yehudai is a yoga teacher with a background in dance, engineering, and music-led movement. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at the College of San Mateo (CA).
She is the founder of LYRI YOGA and the creator of the Yoga Ballet Fusion method, which gently integrates ballet principles such as musicality, coordination, grace and refined transitions into yoga. The result is a practice that feels expressive yet rooted, structured yet spacious.
Her classes offer a quiet invitation to move with heart, presence, and devotion—almost like a prayer in motion.
Martin’s classes offer a balance of playfulness and technique, encouraging students to explore new challenges while remaining grounded in tradition. He enjoys helping students feel capable, often surprising themselves with what they can achieve. Martin is also passionate about practicing and teaching inversions and arm balances.
Daniel is a passionate yoga teacher from Colombia whose journey began with curiosity and grew into a lifelong practice. He completed his foundational Vinyasa training at Awakening Yoga School with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps, and has continued his studies in Hatha yoga, mobility, and body mechanics through advanced training. Known for thoughtful, creative sequencing, Daniel offers classes that balance mindfulness, strength, and accessibility — inviting students to explore a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Marchetta is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and former professional dancer with over a decade of teaching experience. Her classes blend creativity, alignment, and expressive flow—rooted in her dance background and guided by intention, music, and heartfelt themes. Known for her warmth, clear cueing, and supportive assists, Marchetta creates an inclusive space where students can deepen both body awareness and self-connection.
Kara Baruzzini is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with over 12 years of experience and the co-founder of Nova: The Self-Led Revolution, a movement toward greater autonomy, freedom, and self-expression in modern vinyasa yoga.
Rooted in Detroit-style vinyasa yoga and Jonny Kest’s 7 Doorways Vinyasa, Kara trained directly under Jonny and brings that lineage into classes defined by intelligent, dance-like sequencing and a clear, no-fluff approach. Her teaching is rhythmic and strong, designed to help students move with confidence and trust their own judgment. Dedicated to seeing this style of yoga continue and evolve, she has graduated and mentored over 100 students through yoga teacher trainings.
Mindset & Holistic Life Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and creator of BEAM, Laura Enrique is a former ballet dancer and event planner turned seeker of truth, growth, and fulfillment.
Her passion for holistic wellness was born from personal transformation—moving from burnout and self-doubt to deep self-trust, authenticity, and purpose. Through her coaching, she helps others awaken consciousness, reconnect with their bodies, and live with alignment, freedom, and joy.
Belu is a Contemporary Circus Artist born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Not only a performer but also an instructor, passionate about the human body in movement.
Her journey began as a Contortionist with a background in Contemporary Dance and Movement Research.
Although Contortion and Handstands are her main discipline, she also immersed herself in the foundations of Strength Training and Calisthenics.
Ashley Newsome is a yoga teacher, IntenSati Leader and dancer. Since receiving certifications in both Vinyasa Flow (Sacred Brooklyn) and IntenSati (Patricia Moreno ) she has taught both domestically and internationally. She’s in love with the practice of yoga. While her classes remain grounded in technique she is also able to guide students to go beyond the mat, to a place far beyond any instruction, to a more awakened state of awareness thus allowing students to explore their individual truth.
Shay, a Texas native turned Miami local, has quickly become a powerhouse in the wellness community and recently featured in Forbes magazine for her grand offerings within the Pilates community.
As a proud military veteran, Shay fuses elements of sculpt, boot camp, and classical Pilates, creating a dynamic and innovative style that has taken the Miami fitness scene by storm. Known for her infectious energy, unwavering motivation, and genuine kindness, Shay’s classes are more than just a workout; they are an immersive experience that fosters laughter, positivity, and a strong sense of community.
I’m David Alvarez, a 500HR Yoga teacher, an energy massage therapist, and most importantly a human being . I’ve devoted myself to becoming a better man every day. I know my time here is limited, so while I’m here I want to love as much as my heart can love, and embrace the wholeness of this experience. Im open to my light and my dark. I can spend a couple hours in meditation, but invite me to a live party and I’ll dance on a table. Let’s GROW together.
Annasofia began a mindfulness based healing journey and found the practice of yoga. This completely transformed her life and allowed her to re-discover the power of stillness. Her goal is to share this practice and its healing power with others. Annasofia teaches classes rooted in mindfulness and fluidity of the mind, body and spirit.
Ryan teaches with a grounding focus on the mind-body connection. His journey began with a search for something deeper—spiritual alignment and self-awareness. Over time, he discovered that the areas of tension he encountered on the mat were the same ones that flared up in daily life during moments of uncertainty and anxiety. For Ryan, yoga is a path back to authenticity.
Carolina is a RYT-200 known for her loud energy, dynamic flows, and intentional movement centered on mindful connection and the power of breath.
As a Puerto Rican yoga teacher based in Miami, her classes are a vibrant blend of playful beats and powerful transitions, curated to move you through sound and sensation. Caro plays harmonium and shares mantras to deepen presence, cultivate inner resonance, and invite a devotional connection to the divine within.
She began her practice 7 years ago as a journey into healing, strength, and self-expression. Off the mat, Carolina is a freediving instructor, bringing depth to every flow. This duality shapes her teaching to be grounded in power, guided by breath, and inspired by the mind–body meditational state that emerges when movement becomes presence.
Nikunja Vilasi Das is an international yoga teacher (RYT 500) and devoted practitioner rooted in the classical Hatha-Raja and Bhakti traditions. His heart-centered classes support students in cultivating strength, clarity, and joy—on and off the mat.
Drawn to meditation from a young age, Nico’s path led him from Johns Hopkins University to the Himalayas, where he completed his foundational training in Rishikesh. He is a longtime student of Shri Dharma Mittra and a graduate of the advanced training at Dharma Yoga Center.
Nico now serves as a Bhakti yoga monk at Sacred Vedic Arts, studying under Srimati Syamarani Dasi. He shares yoga as a lived, sacred practice—offering students both practical wisdom and space for transformation, devotion, and self-realization.
Claudia found yoga as recovery from being a high-impact child and college athlete. With 5 years of teaching experience, she will tell you that being a long-time student completely altered the trajectory of her life—beginning with her mental health. Her specialties lie in weaving themes of transformational yogic philosophy in order to hopefully promote a similar shift in her students and community.
She is a 500RYT, Reiki healer, sound healer, womb healer, meditation guide, and Ayurvedic nutritionist—all methods being rooted in her passion for facilitating a fearless and authentic confrontation to our collective and individual opportunities to heal.
